Introduction

Welcome to AnonRDP. These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") form a legal contract between the user ("Client") and AnonRDP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing the use of our web hosting and domain registration services ("Services"). By using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

AnonRDP offers bulletproof hosting services designed for enhanced privacy and flexibility. Our services cater to various hosting needs while emphasizing compliance with ethical standards.

Reservations of Rights

AnonRDP reserves the right to suspend or terminate a service, cease collaboration with a user, or permanently ban an account at its sole discretion. This action can be taken at any time and without prior notice if deemed necessary by AnonRDP to uphold the integrity and security of its Services or to ensure compliance with its usage policies. We maintain complete authority to suspend services if we consider it necessary to do so.

Usage Policy

1. Prohibited Activities: Use of the Services for the distribution of child pornography, conducting or supporting terrorist activities, layer4 attacks are also prohibited because of the network saturation involved.

2. Network Speed: Network Speed can be reduced if excesive usage is detected. This doesn't mean you cannot scan with your servers, just take in count the port is shared and if a server is affecting other clients it will be migrated to another node and/or network speed will be reduced.

Dedicated Servers

1. Scanning Servers: Scanning servers are exclusively designated for scanning purposes. Usage for any other activities that lead to reports will be processed accordingly. Non-compliance with this directive will lead to a review and possible suspension of services.

2. Dedicated Bulletproof Servers: Our dedicated bulletproof servers are not intended for scanning or high-network-consumption tasks. Excessive network usage will result in the server being moved to a lower port. Continued high usage may lead to service suspension.

VPS Hosting

1. Old French Server Location (Applies to servers before January): Our French location offers bulletproof servers, although IPv4 addresses may not be bulletproof. We reserve the right to change IPv4 addresses in case of blacklisting or similar issues. You can use it for SMTP Spam or enable SMTP by purchasing an addon.

2. France Server Location: Our France location provides both bulletproof servers and IPv4 addresses. Changes to IPv4 addresses are subject to stricter scrutiny due to the higher costs associated with bulletproof IP ranges. You can use it for SMTP Spam or enable SMTP by purchasing an addon. Spamhaus is NOT ignored.

3. USA Server Location: Our USA location provides both bulletproof servers and IPv4 addresses. Changes to IPv4 addresses are subject to stricter scrutiny due to the higher costs associated with bulletproof IP ranges. You can use it for SMTP Spam or enable SMTP by purchasing an addon. Spamhaus is NOT ignored.

4. Netherlands Server Location: Our Netherland location provides both bulletproof servers and IPv4 addresses. Changes to IPv4 addresses are subject to stricter scrutiny due to the higher costs associated with bulletproof IP ranges. SMTP Port is open, you can spam. Spamhaus is NOT ignored.

Service Modifications

Change to "Shadow" Server Plan: Please be advised that effective immediately, our "Shadow" plan, previously priced at €3.99, will undergo significant changes concerning its bulletproof status. This plan was initially designed for testing purposes rather than for final use. In light of this, and to continue offering our services at competitive prices without compromising on quality, the "Shadow" plan will no longer be considered bulletproof.

If a significant report concerning the use of a "Shadow" plan server is received, we will offer the affected client the option to maintain their service by replacing the IP address at a cost of €2.99. This measure is to ensure that we can address specific needs while maintaining the integrity and reliability of our services.

We want to assure our clients that all other server plans will retain their bulletproof status. Our commitment to providing secure, high-quality server solutions remains our top priority, and we are dedicated to upholding the standards our customers expect.

Domain Registration

1. Domain Registration: We resell domains through Eranet, subject to their terms and conditions. While we facilitate anonymous and offshore domain registration, the bulletproof nature of domains is not guaranteed.

2. Compliance and Abuse Response: Eranet responds legal inquiries and abuse reports in line with its policies and relevant regulations. The domain registration is carried out under our details, ensuring our client's information remains secure and unaffected by any claims or actions.

We have a high success rate for domains used for controversial activities, but longevity cannot be guaranteed.

Data Privacy and Security

1. Data Collection: We collect and store client's email addresses, encrypted passwords, IP addresses, and any additional information provided in their profiles.

2. Encryption and Security: Our database is fully encrypted to ensure the highest level of security and confidentiality. In the unlikely event of legal intervention, the encrypted nature of our database provides an additional layer of protection for client data.

Refund Policy

1. VPS Services: If a client has used the server for less than 24 hours and requests a refund, the request will be granted. In other cases, sales are generally final, but each situation will be evaluated individually. If a server fault on our part results in downtime of one week or more, clients are eligible for a refund, and the server will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

2. Domain Registration: Domain sales are final and non-refundable due to our status as resellers. We do not receive refunds from our suppliers, and therefore cannot offer refunds to clients.

3. FastFlux Service: All sales of FastFlux services are final and non-refundable. Once a FastFlux service has been activated or delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is in place due to the nature and usage of the FastFlux services.

4. Dedicated Servers: If a dedicated server, which is physically installed, has not been delivered within 72 working hours of purchase, a refund will be issued. Beyond this period, sales are considered final. Each request for a refund after delivery will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Amendments and Right to Modify

We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue the use of our Services.
